Job Summary for Amazon Connect Engineer
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect in a production CCaaS environment
- Expertise in designing contact flows, IVR, queues, routing profiles, and Amazon Connect agent workspace (CCP)
- Strong proficiency with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB/RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, and Kinesis
- Programming skills in Python, Node.js, or Java, with experience developing Lambda functions for integration logic
- Experience setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting for platform health (observability)
- Proven ability to integrate Amazon Connect with external systems via REST APIs and event-driven architectures
