The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performing customer engagement solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement contact center solutions using Amazon ConnectDevelop and configure contact flows, routing strategies, and IVR solutionsIntegrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, S3, DynamoDB, and KinesisBuild APIs and backend services to support contact center functionalityTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to call flows, integrations, and performanceWork closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsEnsure high availability, security, and scalability of the systemMaintain documentation for solutions and processesRequired Skills:Strong experience with Amazon Connect developmentHands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, CloudWatch)Knowledge of IVR design and contact flow developmentExperience with REST APIs and system integrationsFamiliarity with AWS Lex (chatbots) is a plusGood understanding of networking and telephony conceptsStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in contact center migration to cloud (Amazon Connect)AWS certifications (preferred but not mandatory)Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.)Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Node.js)Soft Skills:Strong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
