Amazon Connect Developer
Location: Woodlawn, MD | Onsite 5 days/week

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of experience with large-scale enterprise frameworks
- 7+ years of AWS Cloud experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Connect experience
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js, Python, and/or Java
- 3+ years of experience with call routing and messaging
- Experience with IVR, ACD, and skill-based routing
- Experience with live chat and messaging solutions
- Experience gathering, reviewing, and documenting requirements
- Experience developing process-flow documentation
- Experience with AWS Lambda
- Experience with Amazon Lex and conversational bots/NLP
- Experience with Kinesis Streams and Kinesis Data Firehose
- Experience with AWS Glue and VPC
- Experience with SNS, AppSync, and EventBridge
- Experience with DynamoDB Streams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
