To drive growth and analytics for a leading skincare brand, the full-time Amazon Ads Growth Lead will manage advanced Amazon advertising strategies, optimize campaign performance, and build API integrations while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and optimize advanced Amazon Advertising campaigns across various formats Analyze data from Amazon Ads, Seller Central, and other datasets to identify growth opportunities Build and maintain automated reporting and dashboards to translate complex data into actionable insights Required qualifications Significant hands-on experience operating Amazon for a substantial consumer or DTC brand Ability to independently execute analysis recommendations without waiting for direction Comfortable working in a high-output, fast-paced environment Willingness to work 6 days a week, approximately 60 hours per week Commitment to personal development, including reading 2 books per month
