Alumni Club Experience Director

Oak View Group (OVG) seeks a motivated Member Experience Manager for The Carolina Club in Chapel Hill. The role drives member engagement, onboarding, and programming to foster belonging and loyalty among alumni and club members. You will lead events, communications, and a data-driven approach to member growth, reporting to the leadership team.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually and is bonus eligible. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, and paid time off.
