One of our large testing, inspection and certification services clients is currently seeking a remote ALTA Land Survey Project Manager to join their growing team who will oversee and manage large-scale land survey projects, with a strong emphasis on ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys supporting commercial real estate transactions. This is a full-time permanent opportunity. This role is responsible for the coordination, delivery, and quality assurance of survey projects, serving as the central point of contact for clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate must be a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) and possess strong leadership and project management experience in survey operations and real estate due diligence. Responsibilities include:

• Act as the lead project manager on ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey portfolios delivering timely and accurate execution of deliverables in compliance with client expectations and industry standards.
• Serve as the main client liaison for assigned survey programs, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and managing client relationships.
• Overseeing the planning, resourcing, and coordination of multiple concurrent survey projects from inception through delivery.
• Conduct detailed technical reviews of ALTA survey deliverables to ensure compliance with current ALTA/NSPS standards, state regulations, and internal quality guidelines.
• Maintain strict adherence to program budgets, schedules, and performance metrics while identifying areas for improvement and cost control..
• Mentor and lead junior staff and survey coordinators, providing leadership and technical guidance to support team development and program growth.
• Monitor changes in Kentucky survey laws, ALTA requirements, and industry trends to ensure continued compliance and excellence in service.

Qualifications:

• Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license
• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the land surveying and commercial real estate industry.
• Comfortable with up to 20% travel (no more than once a month to potential client sites in the US)

Salary Range: $90,000-$110,000 (flexible based on experience) + Incentive Bonus

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
