ALS Paramedic MS Transport

As an ALS Paramedic with MedStar Health, you will deliver high-quality advanced life support and safe medical transport for diverse patients across the Maryland–Washington, D.C. region. You will perform rapid assessments, initiate critical interventions, manage airways, medications, and cardiac monitoring, and coordinate care with nurses and physicians during interfacility and emergency transports.

Working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment, you’ll follow evidence-based protocols, maintain detailed documentation, uphold safety and infection control standards, and participate in ongoing training and clinical development to support exceptional, patient-first care.
