Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient health status and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate residents and their families on health management and care plans.
• Participate in care planning and implementation of procedures and standards.

Work Schedule
This position requires a commitment to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with shifts from Monday to Friday and rotation every other weekend.
Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
