Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Work Schedule

• 35 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• No weekend rotation

Facility Information
The facility is designed to provide care for up to 66 beds, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for all residents.
Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs to deliver appropriate nursing interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery processes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
