Allied / Tech - CT Tech
Providence Seaside Hospital is seeking a CT Tech for a travel position. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience and will be required to perform CTs and x-rays. The shift will be Monday through Thursday from 20:00 to 06:30. The position requested to fill a void of night CT tech on leave of absence. The candidate will also be required to assist with x-rays on weekends. Experience with GE equipment is required.
The position will start on September 21, 2026, and end on November 23, 2026, for a total of nine weeks. The candidate must commit to working three of the five holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. Must request all time-off/specific scheduling requests upfront during submittal. Inflexibility beyond the contracted schedule may lead to termination of contract and system DNR.
Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby. Must have a vehicle for this assignment. If required for the assignment, the client agrees to supply communication devices at no cost to the provider or agency. If not provided, the client agrees to pay the agency monthly for all work-related cell phone use by each provider, up to a maximum amount of $50.00 as invoiced by the agency. Providers will be responsible for submitting monthly cell phone bills directly to the agency.
No call-in: candidates should not reach out to facility contacts directly unless it is for an agreed-upon interview that has been communicated by AM or PM. Modules are non-billable, average 16 hours spent. Over 20 hours requires PM approval. Modules are completed pre-start and annually. Time spent on modules is self-reported, and completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts.
