Job Description: 5x8s Evenings and Nights (depending on dept need)*will be required to float between Lawrence and Memorial Hospital (in CT) and Westerly Hospital (in RI), candidate will have to obtain both state licenses and can start with which ever one issues first while the other pends.

- Certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS, RI and CT Skills: 3D rendering (Maximum intensity projection, Surface shaded displays, Volume rendering)*, Abdomen without and/or with contrast, Adult Outpatient, Aspirations*, Biopsies*, Carotid, Cervical, Chest without and/or with contrast, Coronary CTA*, CT arthrography*, Drainage*, Emergency Department, Enterography study, GE, Head without and/or with contrast, Heart (e.g., calcium scoring, coronary angiography)*, ICU, Isolation Precautions/PPE*, Level I Trauma*, Level II Trauma Center*, Lumbar, Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP)*, Musculoskeletal trauma, Pediatric Outpatient*, Pelvis without and/or with contrast, Preparation and/or administration of contrast media, Region of interest measurement (ROI)*, Siemens, Sinuses, Soft tissue neck, Starting Peripheral IV s*, Thoracic, Trauma head, Vascular chest (e.g., pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta), Vascular CTA*, Venipuncture*

Travel Compliance:
- RTO - we can auto approve up to 7 days for auto offers
- If traveler has any vacation plans during the period between sign date and start date, this must be communicated to the AM at the time of submission to ensure a realistic start date may be requested.
- 2 years required for submission (within specialty submitting to) We will still sub 1.5 Yrs if Level I or travel exp
- CT License takes 15-21 business days to issue. Candidate must apply prior to submittal and start date should allot for the license to issue.
- Local candidates NOT accepted Candidate is considered local if they are within 75 miles of hospital site

- Return Staff Policy (must be gone 2 yrs to return as traveler)
- Modules: Modules are non-billable RN: 2 hours Allied: 1 hour Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty
