Job Description: Minimum Experience: 2 years; 1st Timers not accepted. Patient Population: Adults to Geriatrics. Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, CCI RCIS, State Licensed if applicable. General Skills and Work Setting Requirements: Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab; Trauma Level II experience required. Schedule: OR . Ratio / Census: 2 Rooms. Unit Systems: Epic, Pyxis, SBARS. Scrub Color: Provided by the facility. RTO: MAX 7 days. Weekends: Every other weekend unless specified elsewhere. Floating: Within the facility/scope of practice as needed. Call Requirements: Yes - Rotating weekends. Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major Holidays are listed below: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Years Eve/New Years Day. Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule. Clinical Screen - Candidate will be reviewed by clinical to determine clinical fit, if clinical pass and within Piedmont guidelines, candidate will be sent to the manager for final decision. Clinical screens will be sent on case-by-case basis. Locals Accepted - Same Rate.

#Tier1 Travel Compliance Piedmont Submission Rules: Local Candidates: Accepted at same bill rate. RN Licensure: GA or Compact license required at time of submission. Internal Return Rule: Perm/Per Diem/FCSS must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as a traveler. Return Travelers: If cancel or facility DNR, traveler must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying + ensure profile reflects all time worked at Piedmont Health. RTO Policy: ALL RTO MUST BE FINALIZED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION NO RTO OR SCHEDULE REQUESTS CAN BE REQUESTED POST OFFER OR ONSITE. Max RTO: 7 days per contract. Holiday RTO: Holidays (6) - Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year s Eve/Day.
