Allied - RRT

Job Title: RRT
Location: Tuba City, Arizona
Schedule: 7:00AM - 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate : $59 - $63/hr

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a RRT for a temporary assignment in Tuba City, Arizona. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a RRT:

• Deliver modalities of respiratory therapy, emergent and intensive respiratory care, and diagnostic procedures
• Exhibit and apply technical skills in respiratory care as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) or respiratory therapist
• Work 24-hour coverage rotational shifts, including day and night shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
• Maintain a current valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP Certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Maintain a current valid Respiratory Care Practitioner license from any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
• Maintain a current valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
• Possess an Associate's degree in respiratory care or equivalent education (certificate of completion in respiratory care)
• Maintain a minimum of two (2) years of experience in respiratory care at a general/acute hospital
• Submit fingerprinting and ensure clearance prior to start date
• Complete orientation as scheduled
• Submit housing application a minimum of two weeks prior to start date
• Submit COVID and flu declination form if applicable for exemption consideration
