Job Overview
Join a high-volume healthcare facility that includes multiple Intensive Care Units (ICUs), a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and a Burn Unit. Candidates should be prepared for a demanding workload and expected to demonstrate strong integrity and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition changes to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate competency in performing diagnostic tests and handling emergencies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Qualifications

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred.
• Mississippi Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required.
• Minimum of 3 years of acute care experience in a hospital setting.

Work Schedule

• Shifts start at 0645; early clock-in is strongly encouraged but no earlier than 0638.
• No on-call duties.
• Work two weekends each month, with the option to work every weekend.
• Mandatory availability to work all holidays from 11/22/2026 to 1/5/2027.
