Rehabilitation Therapy - Physical Therapist
PT Location: Oro Valley, Arizona Schedule: 8:00AM - 5:00PM x 5 Term: 26-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $59 - $63/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Oro Valley, Arizona. These positions are 26-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PT:
• Complete required documentation directly with ATI outside of standard clearance packet before being cleared to start assignment • Must obtain permanent state license immediately upon starting; may begin with compact license but permanent licensure is required right away • Provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking • Ensure license status is active and aligns with start date at time of submission • Meet experience requirements within the applicable setting/modality • Work 40 hours per week as the guaranteed work week requirement • Work designated holiday weeks as scheduled (32 GWW for holiday weeks) • Comply with overtime billing at 1.5x rate when applicable • Adhere to a 30-day notice requirement • Follow facility dress code as provided during first day orientation • Utilize facility-provided equipment and parking information as communicated during first day orientation • Adhere to weekly billing cycle requirements • Comply with contract QA credentialing requirements • Self-disclose any previous employment history at the facility to ensure eligibility for assignment
