Job Description
Physical Therapist Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide essential therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The primary goal of this role is to assist patients in restoring mobility, improving function, and achieving their treatment objectives.
Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy interventions as outlined in the PT plan of care.
• Document patient progress and respond to treatment effectively.
• Assist in patient education and the development of home exercise programs.
• Communicate patient status and any changes to the supervising PT.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Possess an active state PTA license or the ability to obtain one.
• Strong ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
