Job Description
Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality occupational therapy services in accordance with state and federal regulations as well as facility guidelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance independence in daily living skills.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and provide treatment to patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Accurately document all services provided in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapist license (or the ability to obtain licensure).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
