Pharmacy Technician
Job Title: PHARM Location: Lincoln City, Oregon Schedule: 7:00AM - 5:00PM x 4 Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension Pay Rate: $35 - $38/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Lincoln City, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PHARM:
- Assist pharmacists in medication preparation and labeling activities
- Perform a broad range of technical support functions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist
- Maintain a current unencumbered Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician License
- Dispense community patient prescriptions
- Support immunization services offered by the pharmacy
- Assist with medication management services
- Facilitate delivery of discharge medications to bedside
- Adhere to pharmacy policies and procedures for patient care delivery
- Pass a pre-employment/post offer drug screen prior to starting employment
