Job Title: PHARM
Location: Lebanon, Oregon
Schedule: 7:00AM - 7:00PM x 3
Term: 13-week assignment with the potential for extension
Pay Rate : $70 - $76/hr
Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PHARM for a temporary assignment in Lebanon, Oregon. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.
Responsibilities for a PHARM:
- Provide pharmacy services as part of a specialized pharmacy team
- Optimize patient drug therapy through expert medication management
- Maintain current unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist Licensure
- Maintain current Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification
- Maintain current ACLS certification
- Maintain current PALS certification
- Apply previous hospital pharmacy experience in a clinical setting
- Pass pre-employment/post offer drug screening
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures for pharmacy and patient care delivery
