To drive growth in the partner ecosystem, the full-time remote Alliances GTM Strategy Manager will manage partner enablement, lifecycle strategies, and strategic program optimization while collaborating closely with Revenue Operations to enhance the overall partner experience. Key Responsibilities Design and implement the partner onboarding journey, ensuring quick activation and revenue generation Co-develop the strategic framework for the tiered partner program and analyze MDF investments for optimal pipeline conversion Build and maintain Partner Impact Scorecards to influence partner executive leadership and streamline internal processes Required Qualifications 5 to 8 years of experience in partner operations, alliances strategy, or GTM strategy, with expertise in the "co-sell" motion Proven strategic mindset to identify and maximize partner potential Exceptional cross-functional diplomacy to translate alliance-growth goals into technical requirements Deep understanding of motivating partner sales organizations and navigating complex deals Data-driven approach to building business cases for program changes using metrics and analytics
