Practice Info
- Join a free-standing multi-specialty clinic located on the east side of Sioux Falls, SD.
- The clinic offers an in-house lab, ultrasound, and basic radiology.
- The practice has an expanding patient base and a referral network of over 1400 physicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination.
- Admit (if applicable to the setting), evaluate diagnosis, consult, manage, and provide comprehensive management of patients of all ages presenting with allergic and immunologic disorders.
Compensation
- Nationally competitive 2 year salary guarantee.

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Successful completion of an Internal Medicine or Pediatric residency program, followed by completion of a fellowship program in Allergy and Immunology accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada in the residency.
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable.
- Applicants not board certified at the time of application but who have completed their fellowship training within the last five years shall be eligible, however must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of their fellowship training unless the appropriate governing Board waives such requirement.
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing a fellowship log for those who have just completed a fellowship.
- Experience can be demonstrated by providing a quality profile from hospital(s) where privileges are held, showing clinical activity for the last 12 months, including numbers of procedures performed morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications.
- Must be able to demonstrate active involvement of inpatient services to be at least 50 patients in the last 12 months.
- If a quality profile is not available, documentation of clinic activity for the last 12 months is required, demonstrating active involvement in the care of 50 patients in clinical practice in the last 12 months.
- BE/BC Allergist.
