The Division of Allergy and Immunology at the Barbara and Donald Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell is seeking a BE/BC Allergist for an academic position at their Great Neck practice. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, including children and adults with atopic diseases, primary immunodeficiency, and secondary/acquired immunodeficiency. The successful candidate will join a nationally recognized division that includes a Jeffrey Modell Diagnostic Center and four centers of excellence, providing a rich environment for clinical practice and academic pursuits.

  • Academic position at the Great Neck practice
  • Division of Allergy and Immunology has a large population of children and adults with a wide variety of atopic diseases, and others with genetically defined primary immunodeficiency disease
  • Division treats adults and children with secondary and acquired immunodeficiency disease resulting from successful treatment of autoimmune disease or cancer
  • Division houses a Jeffrey Modell Diagnostic Center with a fully staffed research laboratory in The Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research
  • Team includes 9 Internal Medicine and Pediatrics A&I faculty members, 4 fellows in a nationally recognized, ACGME accredited, A&I fellowship program, 3 PAs, 1 FNP, a Doctor of Pharmacy, and 5 nurses
  • Four centers of excellence in the A&I Division: Food Allergy Center, Drug Allergy and Desensitization Center, Pediatric Asthma Center linked to the Steven and Alexandra Cohen Children's Medical Center of New York, and Primary Immunodeficiency Disease Center

Compensation

  • Sign-On Bonus
  • Full-time clinical base compensation at Northwell Health ranges from $125,000 to $750,000
