LaSante Health Center is seeking a Part-time Allergist to provide outpatient allergy and immunology care in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) setting one day/week . This role focuses on evaluating and managing allergic conditions while collaborating with primary care teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat allergic and immunologic conditions
- Perform and interpret allergy testing as appropriate
- Develop treatment plans and provide patient education
- Collaborate with primary care providers for coordinated care
- Document visits in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Allergy & Immunology
- Current New York State medical license (or eligibility)
- Outpatient experience preferred
