SSM Health SLUCare Physician Group, the academic medical practice of Saint Louis University School of Medicine, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Allergist/Immunologist to join the expanding Division of Allergy & Immunology. This academically oriented position offers the opportunity to engage in outpatient clinical care, supervise trainees, and participate in clinical research within a major health system. The successful candidate will help build and shape a growing program while contributing to clinical excellence, education, and scholarly activity.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient care in Allergy & Immunology for adult and adolescent populations (depending on training)
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of allergic and immunologic conditions, including asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergy, chronic urticaria, atopic dermatitis, drug allergy, anaphylaxis, primary immunodeficiencies, and other immune-mediated disorders
- Perform and interpret allergy testing (skin testing, patch testing, pulmonary function testing, oral food/drug challenges)
- Provide immunotherapy services and guide patients in advanced therapeutic options
- Participate in teaching activities for fellows, residents, and medical students
- Contribute to scholarly efforts, including clinical research, QI projects, publications, or educational innovation
- Collaborate across departments such as Pulmonology, ENT, Dermatology, and Rheumatology to support comprehensive patient care
- Participate in shared call responsibilities within the division (minimal outpatient-focused call)
Requirements
- MD or DO degree required
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Allergy & Immunology fellowship
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Allergy & Immunology
- Eligibility for Missouri medical licensure
- Strong interest in academic practice, including teaching and scholarly activity
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered care
