We are actively searching for an experienced mid-level All Source Analyst to work collaboratively with our US Navy customer and Science and Technology Intelligence Liaison Office (STILO) to develop and manage the intelligence briefs that affect our customers programs.As an All Source Analyst with JRC, you will...Conduct comprehensive all-source intelligence analysis to identify, evaluate, and report on terrorism and counterterrorism threats to the United States and its global interests.Produce daily intelligence outputs such as situational updates, threat assessments, and analytical summaries to support ongoing mission objectives.Research and synthesize information from multiple intelligence streams to deliver timely, accurate assessments of emerging threats, trends, and terrorist activities.Respond to analytical taskings and customer requirements by creating concise, well-supported intelligence products and providing prompt answers to information requests.Develop intelligence reports using databases, mapping systems, visualization tools, and graphics to clearly present complex analytical insights.Collaborate closely with Intelligence Community partners, Department of State teams, and other government agencies to coordinate reporting, validate information, and build comprehensive assessments.Apply Intelligence Community analytic standards, including ICD 203 and ICD 206, to ensure products are objective, accurate, thoroughly sourced, and analytically sound.Present intelligence briefings and oral updates to leadership, stakeholders, and customers on current and emerging terrorism-related threats.Identify intelligence gaps, conduct targeted research, and recommend additional collection or analysis to address evolving mission needs.Track global terrorism developments and maintain situational awareness of relevant threats, entities, regions, and events critical to U.S. national security.Support continuous operational demands, including shift-based work and rapidly shifting priorities, while maintaining high-quality intelligence reporting.Build effective working relationships with mission partners and customers to understand their needs and provide actionable, mission-focused analysis.Use critical thinking, advanced research, and analytical skills to evaluate complex and sometimes conflicting information and produce reliable intelligence judgments.Analyze historical and current reporting, operational data, and other relevant sources to identify emerging threats and long-term patterns.What you bring to the table:Clearance: An active DoD TOP SECRET Security with SCI Eligibility ClearanceEducation: Bachelor's degreePrior experience working with an intelligence community department or agency.Ability to convey complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately in both technical and non-technical contextsExperience:2+ years of experience with the intelligence communityExperience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where requirements can change mid-process and rework is required under a compressed timeframeBonus Points for...Experience and application of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) 203 and 206.Experience supporting continuous mission operations with the ability to support shift differentialsExperience with Department of the NavyAt JRC we offer:A competitive compensation packageAn exceptional employee benefits program, providing support for our team members' well-being and successThe chance to contribute to a high-profile Department of Defense programs and make a positive impactA collaborative work environment where teamwork, creativity, and innovation thriveOpportunities for professional growth and development, helping you advance your career
