The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to operating safely and efficiently in all conditions.
Position Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal transportation and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate logs and records of fueling and service activities
- Report any issues or irregularities to supervisor immediately
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety procedures
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to arrive on time and ready for each scheduled shift
- Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform physical tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Commercial Driver's License A or B (CDL); X endorsement for fuel and transport truck driver applicants. N endorsement is required for water truck applicants.
- Must be able to maintain a valid medical certification card
- Previous experience with fueling or servicing heavy equipment is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Must pass a physical examination and drug screen
- Ability to work in both shop and field environments with exposure to varying conditions
- Ability to wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE)
