Alcohol Cart AttendantThe Alcohol Cart Attendant is responsible for providing fast, friendly, and professional beverage service to guests throughout the venue using a mobile beverage cart. This role helps enhance the guest experience by maintaining high service standards, ensuring responsible alcohol service, and keeping carts fully stocked and organized during events.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Operate mobile alcohol/beverage carts throughout the amphitheatre during concerts and eventsServe alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in compliance with all local and state alcohol lawsVerify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service at all timesProcess cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systemsMaintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of beverage carts and work areasRestock beverages, cups, ice, and supplies throughout events as neededMonitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisorsProvide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentFollow all company safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance policiesAssist with setup and breakdown before and after eventsWork collaboratively with bartenders, warehouse staff, supervisors, and event management teamsQualifications:Must be at least 21 years oldPrevious food & beverage, bartending, concessions, or customer service experience preferredAbility to obtain required alcohol service certification (SMART- Alcohol, or equivalent)Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and outdoor events in varying weather conditionsComfortable standing and walking for extended periods of timeAbility to lift and carry up to 40 poundsPreferred Skills:Experience working concerts, festivals, stadiums, or entertainment venuesAbility to handle high-volume sales efficiently and accuratelyPositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetAbility to remain calm and professional during busy eventsWork Environment:Outdoor venue with exposure to heat, cold, rain, and varying weather conditionsFast-paced concert and live entertainment atmosphereLoud music and large crowds are common during eventsFlexible event-based schedulingWeekly payOpportunity to work major concerts and live entertainment eventsFun, team-oriented environmentEmployee meal or discounts (if applicable)
