We are seeking Albanian language specialists to shape the future of AI. High‑quality language data is essential to ensure AI systems accurately reflect grammar, nuance, dialectal variation, and cultural context. We need your expertise to help power the next generation of AI in Albanian.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the model in Albanian and English, review generated text for linguistic accuracy, annotate errors, provide corrected versions, and document patterns in model performance.
- Evaluate how well the model handles formal versus informal registers, technical terminology, or culturally specific references.
- Review region‑specific variations, including standard Albanian and commonly used dialects, to ensure outputs are contextually appropriate.
- Work with advanced language models to evaluate translations, assess grammar and fluency, analyze tone and meaning, and identify inaccuracies or unnatural phrasing.
Qualifications
- Native or near‑native fluency in Albanian.
- Strong reading and writing proficiency. Experience in linguistics, translation, language education, journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and clear written communication skills to explain linguistic corrections and reasoning.
- Entry‑level candidates with strong language proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Compensation
Pay range $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
