Providing remote mental health services, the full-time Alaska Licensed Teletherapist will deliver therapy and counseling, conduct video-based assessments, and maintain documentation for patients accessing care from an Alaskan Tribal Health Organization. Key responsibilities Provide mental health services including intake, therapy, and counseling Conduct video-based behavioral health assessments and assist with de-escalation and stabilization Maintain documentation within the partner site's EMR and ensure a safe therapeutic environment Required qualifications Active Alaska therapy license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMSW) enabling independent practice 1-3 years of experience since obtaining an unrestricted license Intermediate to advanced experience with technology Culturally responsive with an understanding of trauma in Native American populations Preferred training or certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
