Supporting a Loan Officer based in Alaska, the full-time remote Alaska Licensed Mortgage Processor will manage the loan setup phase, organize files, issue disclosures, and ensure documentation accuracy and compliance throughout the loan process. Key responsibilities Responsible for loan setup, disclosures, and ordering necessary third-party verifications Organize new files within 24 hours of receipt and verify compliance document issuance Review documentation for discrepancies and assist Loan Processors with post-closing conditions Required qualifications High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of loan processing or Real Estate finance experience Experience with mortgage loan processing systems, preferably Encompass Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and accurate data input skills
