Full-Time Alarm Installer/Technician
First Digital Surveillance is currently looking for a full-time Alarm Installer/Technician with experience. We are looking for highly motivated, great communicators, low-voltage and alarm technicians who are looking to grow with an established Anaheim-based company.
Job Description
- Install burglar alarm systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Install and program alarm panels, sensors, motion detectors, sirens, and keypads.
- Run and terminate low-voltage wiring.
- Troubleshoot and service existing alarm systems.
- Install and configure smart home/security integrations when needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with alarm systems.
- Experience with DSC, Honeywell, Qolsys, 2GIG, or similar systems preferred.
- Knowledge of structured cabling and low voltage installations.
- Experience in both residential and commercial environments.
- Ability to read and interpret floor plans.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working in attics when needed.
- Must own reliable truck/van with insurance and a valid driver's license.
- Must be local to Anaheim or nearby areas.
- Must be loyal and looking for long-term employment.
Travel Responsibilities
Local travel to and from job sites.
Salary Range
Based on experience (Negotiable). Only experienced and local persons (Anaheim or nearby locations) will be considered.
