Alabama Licensed Therapist

To support a growing virtual mental health practice, the full-time Alabama Licensed Therapist will provide outpatient therapy remotely, managing a consistent caseload of lower to moderate acuity clients while enjoying minimal administrative burden and flexible scheduling. Key responsibilities Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy sessions, including 60-minute intakes and follow-ups Manage a consistent outpatient caseload with defined goals and no inpatient or crisis-call responsibilities Exercise clinical autonomy in treatment decision-making while collaborating with accessible clinical leadership for support Required qualifications Independently licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC or equivalent) with an active, unrestricted license Two or more independent and active state licenses (excluding CA, NY, and MA) Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or structured clinical settings is highly desired Familiarity with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-informed care) is preferred Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing an outpatient caseload in a fast-paced environment
