To support the recovery of injured employees, the part-time Alabama Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will conduct clinical assessments, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and develop case management strategies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate the injured worker's needs Communicate effectively and build relationships with claims examiners, clients, and medical providers Identify issues related to recovery delays and negotiate treatment plans with providers Required qualifications Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience preferred Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
