To support K-12 students in Alabama, the fully remote, contract-based Alabama Licensed Speech Pathologist will deliver high-quality speech and language instruction via Teletherapy, evaluate students' needs, and design individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Key responsibilities Deliver engaging speech and language instruction through Teletherapy, fostering rapport with students Evaluate students' speech and language levels, translating findings into actionable goals Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals while collaborating with school staff Required qualifications Active Alabama SLP license issued by the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology (ABESPA) No disciplinary actions on any held licenses Experience with telehealth platforms for assessment and teletherapy in a school/IEP context Reliable technology setup compliant with FERPA standards, including a webcam and high-speed internet Authorization to work in the United States
