Leading the execution of a risk-based audit plan, the full-time Alabama Licensed Internal Audit Manager will manage end-to-end audits, mentor audit staff, and drive continuous improvement in audit methodologies while working remotely. Key responsibilities Support the development and execution of the annual risk-based audit plan and provide mentorship to audit staff Lead and perform end-to-end audits, including planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up Oversee SOX 404 risk assessment and coordinate with external auditors for compliance activities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 6+ years of experience in audit or a combination of audit with finance and/or IT Leadership and project management experience Strong knowledge of SOX, GAAP, and COSO CPA, CIA, CISA, or equivalent (or progress toward certification)
