Job Description

Seeking a strong Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Account Manager with hands-on experience managing Adobe Journey Optimizer implementations, customer relationships, and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Strong experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Manage client relationships, requirements, and stakeholder communications.
  • Knowledge of customer journeys, campaign orchestration, and omnichannel engagement.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), segmentation, and personalization.
  • Coordinate with technical and business teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Strong communication, account management, and problem-solving skills.
