Epic External Development Team Solutions Engineer
The external development team at Epic owns all vendor relationships that partner with Epic to develop video games. There is a lot of data that needs to be centralized in Airtable so they can more easily answer basic executive questions: ie, who do we work with, what are the costs for services, etc. They want to enable better forecasting and automation of this information.
Top 3 requirements:
- 3-5 years solutions engineering with 3+ years Airtable
- Requirements gathering
- Customer support for engineered solutions
Development through Airtable
Understanding of software development and business operations processes (roadmaps, capacity planning, development workflows, team operations etc.)
Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics:
They will be working with a Technical Solutions Architect Director, Solutions Engineer, and Lead Producer that builds a lot of Airtable Functionality.
Gather requirements and develop solutions for internal customers at Epic within Airtable
Act as the engineering SME for questions related to Airtable
Help with data management and solution maintenance of the existing Airtable ecosystem
