Airtable and Zapier Consultant

To support day-to-day operations, the part-time Airtable and Zapier Automation Consultant will design and maintain automated workflows, ensuring program management systems run efficiently while working remotely on a contract basis. Key Responsibilities Create streamlined automation solutions using Airtable and Zapier for core program management workflows Proactively audit and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure zero operational downtime Collaborate across departments to identify manual bottlenecks and design scalable automation opportunities Required Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience designing and managing ecosystems built on Airtable and Zapier Deep structural understanding of relational databases and complex automation logic Strong technical problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex workflow errors independently Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate operational needs into technical workflows Meticulous attention to detail and ability to self-manage projects effectively in a remote environment
