Join us, as together, we are Building a Better World for All of Us®.SEH is currently searching for an Airports Planning Project Manager to join our talented Airports team!Why our employee-owners love SEH:Collaborate on amazing projects of varying size and complexity that positively impact communitiesBeing 100% employee-owned means we all share in the company's successCareer development through continued education, licensure/certification, skills, and technical trainingWork arrangements that promote work/life balanceFlexible holidays enable individuals to tailor their festivitiesPaid Family Leave provides time to care for loved ones, whether family by birth or family by choiceThis Opportunity:Lead Master Plans and Environmental Reviews and provide planning support throughout design and construction of airport projects.Lead the pursuits of work in Texas, including client pursuit strategy, proposal writing, project scoping and contracting.Mentor less experienced planning staff.Manage multi-disciplined teams supporting planning projects.Essential Qualifications:Demonstrated experience leading master plans at general and commercial airports.Proven ability to work collaboratively with our team of Airport Planning project managers.Experience planning team workloads, mentorship, team best practices, tracking industry guidance/changes, etc.Ability to support general aviation project planning for existing clients in general and commercial spaces across multiple geographies.This opportunity is open to candidates residing in Austin or throughout South Central/Southern Texas.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with TXDOT projects and relationships with TXDOT staff and TX AirportsAbility to work successfully as a seller-doerBase compensation is expected to be in the range of $95,000 and $130,000 based on skill set and experience.
