Remas Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. Candidate will start as a temporary to full-time, to permanent basis. As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft fleet.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on aircraft according to manufacturer's specifications and company policies
- Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and identify any potential issues or defects
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical problems
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand and power tools
- Perform engine and airframe maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Stay up to date with industry developments and advancements in aircraft technology
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Good communication and teamwork skills
