Job Duties
Serves as an APEX Load Director. Responsible for a range of pre-flight/post-flight duties required by the nature of the aircraft and its specialized mission.
Serves as a working leader. Leads four or more civilian, military journeyman, and trainee aircraft freight loaders in the performance of aircraft freight loading and ground support duties on all types of military, commercial, and contract aircraft.
Performs duties as a load/servicing team member, loading/off-loading/re-sequencing military and civilian aircraft.
Operates gasoline, diesel, or electric vehicles. Operates a variety of heavy motor vehicles typically with a gross vehicle weight of over 32,000 pounds and materials handling equipment used to load/unload cargo and service.
