Education/Certification:
- High school diploma or GED
- Texas instructional aide certificate or willing to obtain certificate
- Knowledge of basic computer operations and skills
- Ability to operate personal computer and educational software
- Ability to work with students and teachers effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience working with children and teenagers in an academic setting
- Some experience with high school curriculum
