To support a strategic client engagement, the full-time AI Transformation Process Analyst will analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical experts. Key responsibilities Facilitate workshops to understand current processes and identify operational challenges Assess business functions for suitability of agentic AI solutions and evaluate potential business value Develop business blueprints that define requirements and workflows for proposed AI-enabled solutions Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting engagements Strong facilitation skills and experience leading workshops with stakeholders Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations Experience working directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
