To support a strategic client engagement, the full-time AI Transformation Process Analyst will analyze current-state processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and develop business blueprints for future-state workflows while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical experts. Key responsibilities Facilitate workshops to understand current-state processes and identify operational challenges Assess business functions for suitability of agentic AI solutions and evaluate potential business value Develop business blueprints that define requirements, workflows, and success measures for proposed solutions Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting engagements Experience documenting business processes and future-state operating models Strong facilitation skills, including leading workshops and stakeholder interviews Ability to analyze complex business challenges and translate findings into actionable recommendations
