To lead the AI transformation within the engineering community, the contract AI Technical Coach will develop training curricula, mentor developers in AI-driven orchestration, and design career migration paths, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance proficiency in Claude Code and AI integration Facilitate the transition from manual coding to AI orchestration through hands-on training and community engagement Collaborate with the OCM team to create role-specific career paths for developers in an AI-augmented environment Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle with a focus on leading senior engineering teams Demonstrable proficiency in Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot Extensive experience with modern tech stacks such as Java Spring Boot and React Practical experience with GitHub Actions and cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP Expertise in Organizational Change Management and building communities of practice
