We design and fabricate seamless, custom-carved wall systems that live at the intersection of architecture, advanced manufacturing, and bespoke design.We're building an AI-native company and already use AI across project management, administration, operations, product knowledge, and internal workflows.We're looking for an AI Systems Engineer to help us build, improve, and maintain AI systems that make our business more efficient. You'll work directly with leadership to develop AI agents, automate workflows, connect systems, and identify new opportunities to use AI throughout the company.What You'll Do:Build and maintain AI agents and automationsDesign and improve AI workflows using OpenClaw, Hermes, Claude Code, Codex, and other emerging AI technologiesConnect AI systems with internal databases and third-party platformsAutomate business processes and improve operational efficiencyBuild knowledge systems that help AI agents access and use company informationImprove the reliability and performance of existing AI systemsExplore new AI tools and recommend practical applications for the businessAssist with AI-powered creative workflows using Midjourney, FAL, and other AI design tools
