We’re seeking an AI technical support specialist to join Blink.new – the AI app creation platform that builds full stack AI apps and websites in seconds.
Base Pay Range
$65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Become the point person for users with any questions they may have while building their websites or apps using Blink.
- Act as the trusted advisor to each builder, helping them with questions, bugs, and issues so they move forward in their entrepreneurial journey.
Required Qualifications
- Experience developing websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
- Basic understanding of React or React Native (at least one).
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Power user of ChatGPT or Claude and can write great prompts easily.
- Understanding of basic frontend, backend, database, authentication, and hosting concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–5 years of frontend or backend web development experience.
- Technical support experience at technology companies.
- Enjoy talking to people and helping them solve engineering problems.
