Owning the evaluation and training lifecycle of external enterprise AI tools, the full-time AI Specialist will partner with business users to identify operational gaps, deploy public AI solutions, and ensure measurable business outcomes while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Continuously evaluate the external market for public AI tools applicable to Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, and Onboarding Develop and conduct training programs for operations staff on safe, compliant, and efficient AI tool usage Act as the first line of operational support for teams experimenting with approved external AI applications Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in fund operations, transfer agency, or fund accounting Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and deliver measurable operational outcomes Strong familiarity and hands-on experience with public generative AI tools Deep understanding of data privacy and information security principles within financial services Operator mindset with a focus on execution and productivity outcomes
