To support the operationalization of AI across the business, the full-time Manager, AI Solutions & Analytics will enable teams to effectively adopt AI, facilitate cross-functional experimentation, and scale high-value workflows in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Drive implementation of Plus Power's AI operating model by building organizational capability and supporting responsible AI use Build organizational capability for AI through training, guidance, and practical support for effective application in daily work Partner with leaders to assess and implement AI opportunities that deliver meaningful business impact Required Qualifications Minimum BA/BS in economics, data science, computer science, business, or related field 6-10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles Experience building AI solutions, including designing agents and integrating enterprise data Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills Advanced experience with enterprise AI platforms and modern data analytics tools
