Transforming marketing processes, the full-time remote AI Solutions Lead will identify inefficiencies within the Marketing organization and rebuild them using AI, ensuring measurable improvements and driving adoption of innovative solutions. Key responsibilities Identify and redesign high-impact workflows and systems across Marketing to be AI-native, improving efficiency and effectiveness Manage the change process to ensure successful adoption of new AI solutions, generating internal demand and demonstrating their value Facilitate collaboration among AI goal owners, addressing blockers and fostering momentum towards shared objectives Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, or a closely related field Demonstrated success in building AI-powered workflows and processes with measurable impact Hands-on experience with advanced AI tools such as Claude, GPT-4, or Gemini Experience in creating systems where AI components interact independently Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
